The team members I worked with were very helpful. The experience was good for the birthday party, although Party Room 1 being closed in got extremely hot.

I loved that we literally just had to show up. The room was set up, the kids were served their drinks and food. Even the cake cutting was done by staff.

Our party person was fabulous!!!! He made everything so easy for us! I cant remember his name, Carson maybe? I know it started with a c! Everything was on point! And that's the best hingry howie's pizza I've had in a LONG time! Thanks so much for catering to us!

Calista was the perfect party host. She was very attentive and friendly to all of the kids at the party. The party room upstairs was noisy vs. The room we had prior, but I did like how large and spacious it was.

Sky zone is a very expensive birthday party to have so you expect things to go smoothly. The pizza for our party arrives more than 35 minutes after we were in the room waiting for it. The kids had to do cake and presents first, some of the kids were crying that they were hungry. The rules were not explain to us before we started jumping in, there was someone talking on the microphone but you could not understand a single thing from the microphone. I did not even understand we were supposed to start, some of us do not come to sky zone all the time so I did not understand what areas the kids could go to. It was a little bit confusing

For the price we paid for the birthday party we should have been able to be in the room more than an hour. Also, the “personal party staff member” was handling multiple parties and I did most of the work myself. Staff and manager were all inattentive and rude - will never do another birthday here again.

Booking my son's birthday party was a hassle from the start. We were told to arrive at 11am, but couldn't do anything until 11:30( I had 10 kids running like wild animals for 30min) and my son the birthday boy never received his " ultimate birthday gift" that was supposed to come with our platinum package.

We were supposed to have a person helping with our party, and we did, but the desk staff seemed overwhelmed or under staffed so the we had to wait for up to 15 minutes just to have a simple question answered because the party person kept being called away to help them.
