Great place for kids to let off some steam....a simple way to host a birthday party...takes the guess work out if organizing

I just think for the price of the platinum birthday party, you should get more pizza than what was provided. Also I thought we were supposed to have private dodgeball games and that never happened. It was not like an experience I had when at the same location for someone elses party.

They did not have many of the shirt sizes we needed for the t shirt that came with our platinum party package it would have been nice to each get a shirt that fit for the price. 2 pizzas did not fill up 10 preteen boys who had been jumping for over an hour. Really like the passes that came with the package. Party host was great. Manager helpful. It’s a shame when the parents have to pay full price to jump with their kids. There were only 2 of us and we had to buy an extra pizza I didn’t jump because I really couldn’t spend anymore for one child’s birthday. I paid for it- let me jump too!

We had a birthday party for my son. Communication was not very good as far as when we were able to get into the party room to set up for party favors, etc. also, communication was not good regarding whether an announcement will be made when we are able to go to the room. There was never a person to review rules for my group prior to jumping. Luckily we were there before and know what the rules are.

The zip line was not available during our visit. I feel that should have been easily repaired and should have been operational during our visit. That is my daughter’s favorite activity at sky zone and we were there for her birthday party. Our party host polite and friendly but unfamiliar with hosting events and I had to remind her of the aspects/ upgrades of our party package.

Overall way too expensive; party room should be available the entire time; drinks should be available the entire time (kids were so thirsty!!); more pizza should be included.

I booked the party after attending a previous party where the party host was exceptional, the parent didn’t need to lift a finger for anything. My party host was absent most of the time and I had to run things myself which was not the experience I was expecting.

Our items were taken to our room and the balloons were just put in the corner and not put around the room. I would have done it but I thought since you guys took everything from us you would have done that. Also our pizza was late. That is not skyzones fault but irritating non the less. Carson called 4 times to hungry howie's. He tried as much as he could to get it fixed. Maybe you should try a different pizza place since we are on a specific time schedule with you guys. Or let the kids jump longer. They were bored waiting for their food.

Our entire party showed up 30 minutes prior to jump time. The person assigned to our party room appeared surprised to be taking care of us. We asked desk five minutes before jump time if someone was going to come start us and told to wait a few more minutes. We waited 8 minutes after time was supposed to start and just sent the kids to enjoy With out any staff
