The kids had a blast at our Glow Party! Kirsten was super helpful and attentive - only negative at all was keeping drinks full. Those kids were thirsty!! Overall an amazing experience and so many kids asked their parents for their next birthday party at Sky Zone. Great job!!!!

Our party attendant, Alexa made my 8 year old’s birthday party so great. She was very enthusiastic, great with my kids, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable. She completely made the visit well worth it!

Everything was clean. Workers were very friendly. Great environment for the kids.

Manager at mechanicsburg and our room host were exceptionally great. The manager Tony? Was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. The host was super sweet and friendly. The pizza was horrible like it was a store bought frozen pizza. I didn't understand that parents can get a pass to go in with the kids for only $2 or I would have offered it. I thought it was $20 for the parent too. Thanks for the swag for son but instead on waiting money on a swag it would have been cool just to give him a free jump for next time as a gift. It was a zoo there, older kids pushing and swearing. It was like a scene from the ghetto. Rough crowd.

It was conivent and fun. Less planning on me as a mom.

There was no toilet paper in the ladie room Arrival was unorganized. limited size tee shirts Onhand I also have only paid $2.50ea for them in the past, this time even though they were limited I paid $5.00 ea I paid for a 90 min jump the tickets were made out for only 60 mins when I asked why the girl said well I wrote what it said. The other girl came over and called around and informed the people that the party was good for 90 mins but they changed so much the kids were often told their time was up and I had to continue to get someone Also, the older dodgeball court was not open but the adults and teens were told they were not allowed to jump on the smaller side. So my husband asked if they could open the other side and he was told to get more people and they would- so he did and the was told they didn’t have the staff. I was also informed that I would have the lounge up top when we came and I was told I had a party room. I asked for the lounge so the guys could also watch football. They did change it for me and we were able to move it but not sure why if it was open I was pit back in a room. My son loves to come to this place and enjoys his parties there.

You have to book and pay for a total of 10 people for a party. Jump time for the party is 1 hour which is fine but I believe the party child should get a little more extra time.

When I booked the party my confirmation email that I received told me that the party was over at 4:15. The attendant told me the party was over at 3:15. they allowed us to stay in the party room but with kids ranging in age from 4 to 14 it was hard to keep them busy. I felt that maybe the kids should have been allowed to jump a little longer or maybe I gave you the attendant could have come up with a game or something. Other than that we had a fantastic time my daughter really enjoyed her party.

We booked a discounted deal (20% off through the website). But when I tried to set up the party, I was on the phone 3-4 different times, between the upstairs agent, the main office in Lancaster, and the manager of the Harrisburg location. All told me to call a different line to book it directly. And when I did finally get someone who could help me finish the booking, they wanted to charge me again, when I had already paid for the party. But aside from that initial foul up, everything else went off as planned.
