The part that my party disliked was that they were rushing us out so fast. We didn't really get to enjoy our self's in the party.

My daughter had a fun time but it was so crowded the day of her party that it almost became a bit too much. It seems like either open jump should not be allowed when lots of birthday parties are scheduled or birthday parties should not be so over booked.

The person assigned to our party was courteous and helpful but I had to keep looking for her to be able to address the needs of my guests. We ran out of water, I needed extra hands to give second serving of food to the kids and I had to walk around to find her because she seemed to be helping with other work tasks no associated with my party. I would have liked her to be there to help rather than having to do so much myself. I understand it was a busy weekend in the summer, but the goal of having it at your facility was so that I could mingle with my guests. If anything it took me away from my party.

It was not explained to me how the room time and jump time worked and my party was kicked out of a room I payed $700 for. Also, I was originally given a room that was not air conditioned and had to ask to move.

I would like for non jumping guests to sit in party room and more time in party room

When upon arrival, I had to wait awhile in line. About time I got to the front my time has started. I also felt rushed in the party room. Not enough time I guess.

I completed the waivers online but was not told to pull up the email to make it smoother. Therefore they had to manually type and search for 35 children on the system which took a long time. Also our birthday room was not set up for our scheduled time- I had to go up and ask and since there were people waiting to pay no one came to help with the room until I got into line and waited with everyone else

After I booked my party online, I tried to call the Skyzone location with questions 12 times. Twice I left messages and never got a call back. So after that I just kept calling and hoping the phone would be answered before rolling to voice mail. Only 1 time did a person actually answer the phone. Very frustrating!

Food wasnt great the cashiers where fishing me through the process the only pers on who worked very hard for customer satisfaction was Cameron our party host
