Since I paid for a Birthday party, the private jump area could have more options. Basket ball hoop, nerf battle guns, soccer goals, or obstacle course. I would have gladly paid for add on services.

There was only one person in the party room, which is fine, but she did not call her teammates to sing the birthday song for my son. "1,2,3, its your bithday..."

It was a little crowded. It was a little haphazard what to do at check in, where to place party things and shoes but it was fine in the end.

I strongly believe that on very impacted Saturdays that you do NOT allow for private parties to occupy one of the bounce rooms. Because of the "private party"- one of the major jumping rooms was off limits to the hundreds of your other paying guests. And as such- the other "non-private party rooms" were absolutely over crowded. also you should limit the amount of attendees. We had a birthday party there and I was dissatisfied seeing my kids having to WAIT IN LINE just to do basic things. All else was fine-- just that i strongly disagree w/ shutting down sections for private parties. Not fair to rest of paying patrons. Other parents there agreed with me on this.

As far as the party room experience. The lady helping our party was really kind but feel like the kids were a little delayed eating pizza bc there was no way to distribute the pizza so it took a bit for her to get that all started. By the time it came to eat the cake we essentially had to make everyone shove it down so we could get out of the room as to not get charged extra. Wish that was a little more organized.

Out party hostess was not very present. She was pleasant and helpful, though her availability was grossly lacking. I end up serving the guests. Younger guests were lost in the shuffle of moving from check in to jump area, then again from jump area to part room.

1. We were under the impression that the private court monitor would help us run dodge ball. But he just threw some balls on the court and that was it. 2. There was a potentially lost gift and the party room host was busy trying to figure out what was going on. So eventually I had to grab my daughter and do the cake. We were behind because we had no direction and we were told before the party time was over that we were over on time and needed to leave even though we were just eating cake. They started throwing out our food and supplies without asking and setting up the next party which was confusing for our party as we packed up. 3. The pizza was inedible. It was so bad my birthday child could not eat it. Neither could many guests. I had so much left over I just had to toss. A waste of 60 plus dollars.

The kids had a great time. It was very crowded at first, then got to a reasonable crowd after the first 10 minutes. Joanna, our part host was terrific and had so much energy and was very helpful.

There was to many of the jump section not available. Party room time was to short and there was no music to listen to while eating
