It was so easy to book online. The check in counter had access to several very helpful staff members. Also, I was very pleased with the hostess and cleanliness of the party room.

Staff was much better then the last time I booked a party there!

I truly appreciate the service received during my last visit. The check-in staff all deserve accommodations for the treatment of visitors, the efficient communication provided, the positive attitudes and energy, was a nice addition. They have been trained well as it was shown in their service delivery! I have to acknowledge team member, Star, who was my party manager. She was an amazing representative. She was kind, accommodating and efficient! She deserves praise for all of her hard work!

Monet, Kennedy, and Cassandra made the experience fantastic. Monet, a week prior when I came in to add on to my party package, wa very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Kennedy, at check in, on the day of the party was patient and kind. Cassandra, our party host, was great with the kids and adults. She kept me informed and was all around pleasant. These three staff/team mates can teach your other staff what customer service is all about!!!
