Coco, the team member who was our party organizer/point person, was so nice and friendly and kind—she did a beautiful job of hosting and made the kids feel so comfortable and welcome. She really was delightful. Also, the kids really enjoyed jumping and dodgeball. The pizza tasted terrible according to the kids—much worse than the crappy pizza at the Kroc Center even--but everything else was great, especially Coco and also the welcoming folks at the front desk. Even though it seems a little chaotic when you arrive because of the noise, it's really very well run. I will recommend it to others.

Noelle was an amazing party host! Everything went great! The only thing I would suggest is maybe reduce check in time to 15 mins. The kids were very excited and unruly waiting for their jump time to start. We’re so happy we had our party here! Such a blast for kids and so easy for parents!!

The team members where very accommodating of all my requests. The kids and parent were all very impressed with the party. And any questions I had were answered

Our host was Awesome!!

I was very happy to have the team members do the bulk of the work for the party; set up, serve food, and clean up. We also had small children in our party and loved having the private court to keep them safer.

Doren, our host was amazing! We did a birthday party with 10 kids on a busy Saturday and it perfect! We will request Doren the next party! My 5 year old wants her party there in July.

Shaun and Jasmine really made the party great. They did an awesome job of taking care of things and making it really special for my daughter.

Shaya was very friendly and on top of things. She made it super easy and fun. She helped keep track of the kiddos and even helped with the gift opening. She made it so easy! She is a gem!!

The staff was extremely friendly. The staff was very accommodating. The facility was really well maintained.
