SkyZone

This was our first experience with Sky Zone. From the first time looking on the website for pricing and party information I was very pleased with how easy it was to find any needed information. Calling to book was a breeze as well as the follow up call to finalize the details. We had to reschedule the morning of our party due to a snowstorm and the staff were very helpful. From the time we arrived our party host, Cheyenne, was helpful and incredibly friendly. My daughter and all her friends loved her party and she wants to have it there again next year.

I liked how we were assigned a host and she took care of us from beginning to end. It was a great experience and my son had a great birthday party.

Abe B. was excellent and super helpful! He made our birthday party even better.

I think it went very well. The only thing I would say is for like the first hour and a half job type they should have somewhere for the adults to sit before the party because the place was very packed and there wasn’t a lot of seats available. To pay as much money as you pay honestly you should get the room in my opinion for the three hours Or a designated place for parents and grandparents to hang out while waiting for the kids to jump

I was told a birthday cake was part of the birthday party package. A team member came and refilled drinks and took away empty pizza boxes so I thought the cake was coming but it never came. We brought cupcakes of our own but that wasn’t even enough to satisfy our guests.

I felt the check in was not super efficient, the layout was not explained and the adult participation was not explained well.

There is a team member named Haley, in the open jump area, that was very rude to my whole party. Kept pinpointing us with “rules” that everyone else was also breaking. Gave my kids dirty looks also, and told me I wasn’t allowed to have my grandson in the open jump area. I complained up front, but nothing was resolved. Very dissatisfied with my first experience atSky Zone.

It’s difficult to host a party without having the party room in the beginning or during the duration at the park. The adults have to sit in the lobby for 1 hour and a half before being allowed in the party room. There isn’t much time to fully decorate and celebrate with the party guest. I would rather have the room first and then the adults that are not jumping can leave while the kids jump.

I was satisfied. Although, due to several children not showing up, a team member offered to me to discount/refund some of the party and I never heard about it again

Everything was exceptional employees the business everything was wonderful. We had a party booked and we were in party room one and that’s where the issue is you need to put something in there to absorb the noise we could not hear each other talk I had 1012-year-old boys in there and they are very loud and we could not hear anything except for them being so loud. Something needs to be done with that room for the acoustics so that you can hear yourself think.This is the second time we’ve been in that room for a birthday party and it’s been terrible thank you very much
