The unlimited drinks in package should be available through the whole party time. Party room was hot n muggy.

We had specifically booked first party of the day and when we got there there was a party in the room before us. I had booked over a month prior with this 1 specification and was disappointed. I wanted a good turn out and there were people leary to come because of covid until I told them I had first party. They were able to get us in another room shortly there after, but that was the part that made us a little upset. Then there were guests buying drinks because we didn't get our drinks until 130 and the jumping started at 1230.

Children were not closely monitor and throwing foam from pits with no redirection

Overcrowded, staff said there would be safety guidelines explained and there was nothing, we got shuffled around from hostess to hostess during the check in period. No one took ownership of our party. Awful wait times

The birthday room was extremely hot and smelled of past shoes that needed to be given a proper burial service or a good fumigating.

The party got off to a difficult start because we were told to put 12.30 on our invitations but our jump time was 1pm: half an hour was a very long time to wait with 15 excited 5-year-olds in a crowded check-in area. We shouldn't have been told we had to leave so long for check-in. Also, the party room host was fine and efficient, and smiley but mot warm - I think she was too shy for that job.

The kids had a great time, however my first incident was that when we were walking in with the BLINDFOLDED BIRTHDAY GIRL (obviously indicating a surprise) the lady at the door blurted out where we were so it ruined the surprise. She done this twice after I told her it was a surprise... Also we did not get our Hershey's ice cream cake that was in the price for the party package I paid for. My last concern was the size of the party room we were given. We had well over 40 people in total and the party room was very small. I've been in a bigger room before for a smaller party so I'm not sure why we were given such a small room especially when I paid well around $400..

there was no common area for my non-jumping party guests to gather. His grandmothers left before it started because they weren’t jumping. I just assumed that we would have access to party room the entire time.
