I rented a private court and that was good because we had 22 jumpers. It was extremely hard to keep track of everyone and get them to the party room after. In the party room with 22 kids in there we needed more assistance to get pizza to them and get them eating and do cake so they don't go crazy in there!

My son was injured, so we did not enjoy the experience fully. He did not jump with his friends and he was the birthday person. He was able to came back after the hospital to enjoy the cake with his friends.

The online reservation didn't work, so I had to call in. The check-in process was chaotic and unclear.

Would like a birthday option of only 60 min jump time since young kids are worn out by this time. Also, checking in 30 min prior to jump time for a party of 5 year olds is excessive - they can’t wait for a half an hour without problems. Also would recommend a baby care center / nursing room if the facility is remodeled or expanded in the future.

Wish there was more seating for parents or non jumpers. Wish my unlimited drinks started at the same time of party while every kid is most thirsty. There as serving utensils for the pizza.

The time in the party room was a bit rushed and did not go as smoothly as I had anticipated. The room was too small for our guests, so kids had to sit along the wall with no table for food. There was little room left to mingle with our guests. During serving time there were limited supplies in the cabinets and our party host had to leave several times to get plates, napkins, forks, etc. At the end of the party we felt rushed to get out as the host said we only had 2 minutes left. The host was very sweet and helpful and it was not her fault.

There were several parties trying to check in at the same time and only 2 computers/employees. It seemed like way too much to expect from 2 employees. Check-in process was pure chaos.

At check in the assistant was very scattered. He didn't understand our need and kept walking away doing multiple things at once. We needed to check in a large group and he missed a few people and then they had to wait to check in and it set the whole group back time wise.

I feel that an hour for the birthday party room is not long enough felt rushed. The price you pay it should be like at least an hour an half .

Party attendant was inattentive and difficult to locate at times.
