Everything was great except for the room temperature, it was really hot upstairs

The party host was Great !!! He decorated the party room for us so nice. He was very pleasant. He did an excellent job all around. I’m very pleased.

It was clean and not over crowded for the kids to enjoy various parts of the place. I liked that we had the party room to celebrate after jumping and it was private.

Friendly staff

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me. Areas were cleaned. Waiting time for areas moved quickly and staff made the time enjoyable for all.

Party booking was easy, which took a lot of work off of me. The hostess was friendly and helped when needed. The food was actually better then we expected.

Our party assistant was awesome and very helpful. The kids all had amazing time. We had children ranging from 2yrs to 12yrs and there was an activity for each of them.

The staff was very friendly and our party host Anderson was very friendly, patient and great with kids in our party. He did a great job!! Anderson even assisted us with loading our belongings in our vehicle.

The staff was attentive. The facility was not overcrowded. The birthday party hosts were friendly and helpful.
