Everyone had a great time in my party. I was very happy with all the workers consistently cleaning and accommodating me and my party. They never gave me a hard time about anything and were extremely professional! They helped make my sons birthday a blast! I will highly recommend them and will bring my kids when this pandemic calms down.

Josephine was a delight as our party host. I had a group of 9 teenage boys for my son's birthday party and she was kind and helpful without being overly attentive. With older teens, I think they appreciated the freedom to have fun with minimal interruption. The guys had a great time and we look forward to the next time we can visit. Thank you for a fun experience!

Everything went so smoothly! The staff did everything EXTREMELY WELL! I will definitely do this again!!!

It was fun for the kids, the staff was great and very professional. We however ended up needing an extra hour. I would however recommend that if a party wants to extend have the same staff in the party area take care of it and don’t make us go line up in a different area to wait to pay again. I think you should offer those options to people booking parties so that the extension is swift and the kids don’t have to wait 10-15 minutes to go back to enjoying themselves. Overall it was a great experience and the birthday girl and her friends loved it!

The party leader was absolutely wonderful! With his enthusiasm, attention and interaction, the kids had a blast and we parents didn't have to worry about anything. Kid said this was her favorite birthday party ever.

The General manager was very helpful and super friendly. She was there when I reserved the party and was there for the birthday party. Also the hostess was super friendly helped me with everything. I had an amazing experience for my sons birthday thank you ladies !!

Our party host was amazing, she was very helpful, she kept an eye on the birthday kid and other children as they had a blast, she helped organize the gifts and party room. She did give us wrong information but it was easily fixed by management. We appreciated her the most out of the whole skyzone facility You also have a young man working in the dodgeball area that was awesome with the younger kids and he ended up giving the birthday boy a fist bump and congratulated him on getting one of the older kids out! Thanks so much to both of you, you honestly don’t know how much the small things mean to us

My daughter had a fun filled day. The whole family was able to enjoy. Our birthday host was wonderful (Jordan) I believe is her name.
