I was satisfied but didn't feel like it was above and beyond. Which is fine, my daughter had a great birthday party!

Because I paid for decoration and I had to do it. I thought the t.v was going to do a slideshow of our theme and the party person could not get it to work.

It seemed the crew was doing their best but there just werent enough staff anywhere. It wouod be nice to see how you inspect the place for safety. It would give additional peace of mind. Also you need an area for littles. It would seem to be a better idea to offer the empty dodgeball area for crawling/ under 3 kids rather then not at all. Parents want to accommodate all age groups.

Way too expensive for what you get for a birthday party

Our pizza order was wrong. We got one pepperoni and 2 cheese and the order should of been 2 pep one cheese. We felt rushed out of the party room then I had 10 children waiting for there parents for 20 minutes

The party host was not attentive. I had to get my own pitchers of drinks and help set up the room, clean and tear down.

Wait time from check in to jump was 30 minutes which is way too long for small children

The overall jump for my party was fun for my guests. My host seemed to lack experience. Felt like the overall party was not clearly explained. When booking a party I believe the party room should be available during the full duration of the party. My elder guests had to just sit where they could find space.during the free jump. It makes you feel like your being rushed for the last 40 minutes in the room. When you should feel special. Also had to search for my hostess after our jump session was over and waited over our time before going into the room. Which was why I did not leave her a tip. On weekends with parties. The facility should do session times to avoid such an overcrowded facility. Otherwise I enjoyed the jumping with my guests. I would not recommend having a party However I would come back to jump with my family.

I just felt that the experience wasn’t as memorable for the price I paid. More should have been included than just shirts (glow party) and the party room could have been more elaborate. The park was just about empty and while the staff were very polite, they weren’t as attentive and outgoing as they could have been.

The online process to book a birthday party didn’t work and I had to call to set up the party.
