A manager reached out to me personally about our party size shrinking. She was fantastic! We saved a little money and everyone was happy.

The cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of staff.

I was really impressed with the knowledge and attentiveness of the staff. At most trampoline parks the staff just stand around. Here the staff engaged with the kids joking around and helping them with equipment. They properly monitored dodgeball so that people were actually called out, but then also quicky let back in to keep having fun. To an adult that's not a big deal, but to a bunch of 8 year olds it's very important that rules like that are followed so they feel the game is fun and fair.

My son was celebrating his 10th birthday and he was so happy. His guests were very pleased and really enjoyed themselves. I was happy that he was happy and the fact that I didn't have to clean up anything

The payment options were great! The party was perfect and the food was tasty. Not only did the children have fun but the adults had fun as well!

Party host Jessica was awesome! She pretty much did everything for Dad & myself. Friendly, fun atmosphere. Great idea for celebrating my son’s 10th Birthday! Thank you Jessica (Pineville location) you rock!

Everyone working on March 22 for my son's birthday party between 4:15-6:30pm was amazing! Everyone was attentive, courteous, and made the experience enjoyable. The kids had a great time and as a parent, everything was stress-free.

Carol was our host at the Pineville location and she was fabulous! Made everything for me as a parent very easy!
