Organized staff that kept on top of me in advance of party and during the party. Everything ran smoothly during and even after when I left items. Would absolutely return

My daughter had a wonderful birthday. The staff was wonderful. The gentleman who hosted her birthday was awesome! She already wants her next birthday there!

I worry that kids of these ages that attend this day after day. It needs to be cleaned often. My son lost his fitbit in the foam. They said they will look for it when it is cleaned. That tells me they don’t clean very often. This is why the kids get sick after attending places like this.

Our jumping time started later than expected. It could have been organized a little better, feels like you may have been short staffed. Our party room time wasn’t announce on loud speaker rather team members were walking around and with everyone all over the place it was confusing. I had 25 children but got charged for 26, realized after the fact. Three bday gifts were left behind, had to go back and pick them up.

Our party host himself was very helpful. However, the rest of the staft was not. The recognition of party and birthday child was non existant. There was no leadership/ direction/ explanation of how to check in, where to wait, where to put gifts, a timeline, and more. There was conflicting information given by 2 staff who seemed not to know what the other was doing. The room (level) we specifically asked for was not notated correctly or ready. Our party host was not available on time due to no grace period between parties or grace period to check in before jump time. No apologies, compensation, explanation, or manager was made available. Considerimg the amount of money the party costed, on top of the disorganization, I will never do a party there again or suggest one.
