Great staff, organized planning for party and food was great

The staff was very friendly and extremely accomodating to our students. They went above and beyond to make sure our group had a positive experience.

Overall, the experience was great & the children enjoyed themselves. My issue was booking the event after receiving a coupon for a discount. I had to reach at manager at the call center after negative experience w/prior two agents!

Our staff member Olivia was very knowledgeable and did a nice job with the party. The kids loved having a jump zone to themselves. The Warrior course is amazing. The kids had so much fun challenging themselves. The kids and the adults who jumped were all satisfied with their experience.

Both front desk associates were very polite. The girl who check us in,I do not remember her name, was super helpful. There was a lot of confusion going on because I had 3 groups checking in at once. She sorted everything out with ease! We were notified by another associate regarding our Party Room and food order which was a little late, she was very polite, professional and reassuring. I would definitely recommend someone to book a party with Skyzone.

Olivia was a fantastic party planner. She was diligent and kind and made my 3 year olds birthday party a dream come true. Thank you to her for being so patient !

Pizza not good at all. Was not hot. Felt overpriced. Would liked to have at least water while the guest jumped. They were thirsty and I didnt appreciate that I had to spend more for drinks.
