It took me three different phone calls to book the party, I was a shored I would receive a phone call 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled date, and then I was double charged. It took me at least 45 minutes to finally get the money back on my card

Staff monitoring the jump zones were rude and one check in attendant was rude as well

Your timing for the party stinks. You tell people to arrive 20 min early and I had kids upset they couldnt jump. Than we still had 30 min leftover at the end of the party and still werent allowed to jump more.

Not highly satisfied since we arrived early to avoid being late and the children had minimal games to play while we waited. Also pizza was the only thing of value on the menu, I would like to have ordered wing for the adults. I am satisfied and the party went well, I am just not highly satisfied to be honest.

My kids are 2 and 4, it was hard for them to jump with all the big kids. We didn’t all fit in the tool we were given. It was just a mess

Thought the venue was a fun experience for everyone who attended. My son especially had the best time. However, the cost is astronomical for the value that you get. Plus 1 server for a crowd of over 20 people is not acceptable. There should have been more attention for that price.

I think use need a better air conditioning in your building it was very hot n my cake that was a tier cake collapse.

Overall my experience from planning the party online to coming in and having the party was a satisfying experience. In my opinion Sky zone is a great place to have a party . My son and friends enjoyed themselves .
