My party already was complaining about how high the prices was that I paid, and did not care how you all do not open the party room until the end of the party, versus other places, where you have the party room for the whole designated time. So they told me bluntly that will not pay the prices that I paid to have my daughter party at your facility.

My son had fun. His friends had fun. The staff was great and courteous. Needed more staff to control some jumping areas.

My reservation was not found and the time was incorrect. It seemed that we were pushed aside and rushed. This is the second party but I do not think I will have another party there.

Arrived early for party and had to wait to check in. Would be beneficial if the room you are going to use was available prior to the start of party. Especially you have guests whose parents stuck around or had small child to get out of noise. Also that drinks like water were not available til after you got to room. An hour and a half is a long time for jumping and no water. With germ season so high the water fountains can’t be that clean and don’t want kids catching colds. Would be nice you could go to your room to access some water for the price you pay.

1. I did not receive a receipt upon arrival. 2. I finally got the receipt on the following Monday. 3. The person checking us in was not really sure of the process and told us we were good to go when we were not good to go.

Confusion with sequence of events of the birthday party. No streamers as I thought room was supposed to have. Party room smelled like garbage. Were told we had 30 min of own jump area and then another person told us we had it the whole time and then they said we didn’t, confusion amongst the staff.

It was too rushed. I know it was a Saturday but paying over $400 for a birthday party for my son, I wished I wasn't soo rushed, even if they are the ones that mismanaged the time. I wish I would have gotten money back because I didn't get enough time in the party room. As soon as they were done singing Happy Birthday I was told there are the shoes and get out and the cleaning crew was there for the next party. That was very rude.

For the most part I was satisfied but for the amount you charge you should at least get 1 hour in the party room 40 minutes it is not long enough time to eat your meal,cut cake,take pictures & open presents.The staff was helpful and served well in party room but I felt as if were being rushed the whole time.

I felt we were rushed in the party room And was basically told we had to get out.

Cost for party is ridiculous. Party host needed extra help Staff were barely watching and was often unsafe
