My kids enjoyed there self. We had the glow in the dark party and it was everything that I thought it would

The kids should have been able to jump longer for the price we paid. Another party had private use of the main area the kids wanted to use (with the 3 obstacles to jump over). The biggest issue was that the amount of time allotted for pizza, cake, ice cream and opening gifts was too short. We were completely rushed the whole time and rushed out of the room very quickly for another party. Maybe the length of time in the party room should be an hour to allow enough time for parties to not feel so rushed. And leave the staff more time to change over the room for the next party so those currently in the room are not so rushed.

I had my baby’s birthday party there and I think that the children should get an hour for the party room instead of 45 minutes. That goes fast when you’re trying to get kids cleaned up, then feed them pizza and cake, then do gifts. So I feel as if you’re getting rushed after you enter the party room.

As much as I paid to have my sons birthday party, I would think that his gifts would have been taken into the party room, but they were never brought up they left them in the cart downstairs. I had to bring my own gifts up. When addressed the girls just said they didn’t have time because the party before ours ran later than expected so we had to bring them up ourselves. Also nobody came to get us for the party room on time.

The length of time for the party room is too short. 40 mins makes you rush through pizza, cake and opening presents.

The organization for check in was not convenient. The team member was more pushy about paying than helping me get ready for jump time. Also, team members weren't very cautious with watching children. There was a child who was dizzy and the team member didn't quite bother with the child. She walked over to another team member and the child didn't get the help that he should've. Another team member basically clotheslined a child that was jumping over to the soft blocks section when there wasn't any visible children around the child.

I wasn’t told that my daughter the bday girl was included in her 10 jumpers. Most other places she isn’t included, so when I thought I had an avail spot and told my niece I had to pay for her then they added another pizza and charge. Was not what I expected. Everything else was fine, just feel like they should be clear on the bday child being counted.

We have been to your facility many times- we love jumping and playing at the Ninja Warrior part! My only complaint is how short our time in the party room was. I feel that, for the cost, a minimum of an hour is acceptable. We were so rushed that half of the kids left with a stomachache due to eating so quickly. We will certainly come back to jump sometime, but I’m not sure ultras we will do a birthday party again.

The guy who was supposed to check us in to begin our jump time completely forgot about us. I had to walk up to the desk and ask if anyone was gonna tell us to start jumping. She waved over to some kid and he just kind of smiled and said oh yeah go jump. Nothing else was explained

I am rarely highly satisfied with anything in life. Please don’t take any offense.
