The prices were silly for extra pop. Overall it was expensive

When arrived we did not get a room and then when we did get the room I felt very rushed

If someone could have provided just a little bit more details on how the place works to first timers and younger children, I think my mind would have been put at ease with a better of understanding of how Skyzone works. I wasn’t expecting for the lead to tell a bunch of four and five year olds to just go for it! Once they scattered it was all over! Also there should be more than pizza to serve to guest or either other food options should be allowed to be brought in the building. Not all of your guest can eat certain foods. I don’t believe there was a true vegan option available.
