Jorge was our party host. He made it very easy. He was friendly and a great server as well.

The booking of the party(a week before) was easy. EVERY staff member, even through this pandemic, were very professional & friendly. My party host was also awesome! She was so sweet & kept me updated on timing for everything!

The staff was friendly, and the children were entertained at all times not wearing a mask was refreshing and the children enjoyed themselves.

The kids has fun it was nice the party was a good timing for the kiss n the price was affordable

The people at check-in we’re great and very organized. The people in the party room we’re very organized and extremely helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no place for us together ahead of time and they did not kick anyone off of the bleachers that were sitting there. So I had to stand around for 30 minutes versus having all the kids sit in a certain section in the bleachers

Everything was easy. Workers were friendly and helpful. Seemed like all the kids had a great time. All the parents were satisfied as well.
