My son and his guests had a great time. It was a stress-free experience. And even though there was a scheduling mishap, management brought it to my attention and resolved it beyond my expectation.

the entire experience was exceptional. The ease of checking in, paying and adding extra jump time for the kids was painless. The 2 employees who helped in the party room were very helpful.
