Facility was clean, staff was friendly and prompt with check in. Having a party attendant in the room to set up, serve food/refill drinks was amazing. Issues with payment amount at check in were handled well, resolved to my satisfaction.

The kids had a great time. The food at the party was good. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

The hostesses in the party room were exceptionally nice to my son and his friends and my husband and I. the only complaint is was the pizza was burned and tasted horrible. We threw out the left over and the kids didn't like it either. very disappointing considering everything else was great

Overall I like the fact that I did not have to do any set up or tear down for the party. The staff as a whole was very friendly however the choices were extremely limited. Also I think you need to get a better quality of pizza. It is neither great nor terrible

I was very satisfied with the ease of the online process to schedule a party. Happy with customer service and friendliness of the staff. The kids like participating on other things, but they really really like dodge ball.
