No more sausage pizza. The day that I the party it was overcrowded and could not really enjoy it too much. I went there other times on a Saturday and it was not like that. Seemed like the court monitors lost a little control of keeping everyone to follow the rules because of it being to busy. There was just so much going on. Is there a certain capacity you have to have? It was hard to walk around

The staff was pleasant and well informed. The ease of check-in was wonderful. This is the second birthday party we have had at Skyzone and both experiences were wonderful

Bathrooms were dirty, one soap and one dink did not work. Challenge zone was broken and foam blocks were old and dirty.

The basketball area and the Bosu ball area were closed. The team member in our party room insisted on serving everyone instead of allowing us to serve ourselves.

I’ve had birthday parties at Sky Zone before and I can tell a lot has changed. No tablecloth’s and no happy birthday welcome whiteboard sign.

Alex was rude and not helpful. Other employees nice not interactive

I specifically asked about time in the party room, for non jumpers and decor. I was told I could arrive 15 mins prior to my checkin but never was I told it wouldn’t be available the entire time, in fact it was almost 2.5hrs after our arrival that the party room was available. I would have purchased additional time had I known that. I booked a party, and was unable to accommodate even 2 additional jumpers because timed tickets were sold out well beyond my party end time even during my checkin period.

When I called to book the reservation for my child's party I asked if there was any restrictions due to COVID. The person that I spoke to just told me that we had to wear mask. I was told that I would get a call if anything changed and I never received that call. When we go to the party I was never told that my son had a specific area for his party to jump. The staff that was at the jumping area seemed to have a attitude that I wasn't aware of the specific area. Once I found out about the area we only had 15 minutes to jump in that area. I specially asked the staff would any of my guest be put out of the jump area if the time was up. The staff told me no but my guest ended up being put out of the jump area. I asked because I knew that people would be late and I was willing to pay for additional jump time...I'm not really sure of my party host name but she was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful to me and my party guest.

When I called to inquire about birthday party bookings the person I originally talked to asked me what I wanted to know instead of giving me general info and pricing. After I called back to pay my deposit I found out she also gave me incorrect info on the pricing and what my final bill would be. Maybe she was new.

Wasn’t the cleanest but that was probably because it was very busy. The part room was clean but ba sink would be nice to dump drinks and wash hands.
