There were guests not in our party in our party room and drinking our water that was for our party. We couldn't do dodgeball with party guests only.

The bathrooms were out of order and limited communication or alternatives provided. Check in for our b-day party was badly understaffed as my party person had to check in other parties, but she was so awesome about it and even gave us extra jump time as we started late as a result. Delaney was amazing and rolled with all the unforeseen bad stuff like the backed-up check in.

Overall experience was ok. The service of the party zone was super slow. The person helping us was slow with bringing water and drinks, and very slow with cleaning the table to get ready for cake. We also had no help bringing the cart with gifts to the front of the trampoline park (something we always appreciated at different other party venues). The attendant seemed like he was not interested in moving the party along and we had to ask for many things multiple times.

The only thing I really noticed was that anybody could really walk in or out and you wouldn't know because there didn't appear to be entryway control. When you have a group of 10 five and six-year-olds running all over a crowded SkyZone, that can be a safety issue. Not all of the other parents pay close attention. Theoretically, a dangerous person could leave with a young child that's not theirs in the commotion. Other than that, our birthday party experience was awesome and all of the kids had a blast.

We are told to get there a half hour early for check-in but with toddlers asking them to wait in a wide open area is difficult for 30 minutes. I would also recommend more guidance when booking with the amount of time we chose ended up being more than the kids could handle. We weren't able to speed it up either. Otherwise, the employees were a great help and very kind!

The men's room was filthy. The checkin process for our guests was very unorganized. I understand that you can only staff so many people, however our "host" was telling us he was the ONLY one who could give the rules, but also the ONLY one who could check in guests. We had people lingering in right at our start time, but others who had been waiting 10+ minutes, and were ready for the rules & to jump. Also, in the past, I've been to parties where the host guided the group from section to section. Once it started, it was just an open free-for-all and I had kids running in every direction. It would have been nice for the group of kids to stay together and have a "party" rather than just everyone all over the place.

I paid for a host guide. I was told that the main purpose of the guide was to keep all the kids in the party together. Not only did she not keep the kids together, but 10 minutes into the party she said she needed to check something out at the front and then I didn't see her for another 45 minutes.

Check in was terrible. Staff was too focused on outgoing groups, and out going groups were taking up too much of the space for party use. Staff while jumping was goofing off the entire evening. Bathrooms were disgusting. Staff had to be told to change all of the toilet paper - had young girls going in and not a single stall was clean or had toilet paper.
