Due to the unexpected shut down we were afraid our sons birthday would of been ruined but sky zone still honored our party, it ended up being a private party and we all had a blast! I’m not sure how this party could ever be topped! Thank you soo much sky zone!

The staff was super friendly, and extremely helpful. During the party, the staff was always ready to help, and did so with a great attitude. We had such a great time!

Kids had a blast! The “new” areas (Warrior course & inflata-park) are awesome! Staff was helpful & awesome! Calling Sky Zone to set-up party was tough (no voicemail, etc.) But overall, a great experience! And the staff (Nichi & Torry) was excellent!

Our party helper was fantastic and was right there if we needed anything. The facility was very clean and the team members were frequently seen cleaning the equipment.

I booked the party to take place in April. The Park called me the minute we could reschedule. Someone was in contact with me the entire time. Once we arrived they were prepared and ready for us. Our attendant was pleasant and cooperative. The only problem I had was sending the link for the parents to fill out waivers prior to arrival. No one could open the link and it was in the middle of a message.

The staff did an excellent job. I wish I had known to tip the party staff because I would have brought more cash! However, the price we paid for the party should have included a tip to your workers.

Super easy check in for birthday party. The space was not cleaned when we arrived but the hostess took care of it right away and was very attentive throughout.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Children enjoyed themselves. The food was hot and tasted very good.

Derek who checked us in was patient and great to work with! The young man who worked our party was amazing! Helpful, hard working and a great personality! My middle son is considering his birthday in June!
