Great party host Andrew. Everything was done for the party. Only issue is at the kids dodge ball some brat was whipping balls at kids faces and the teen monitor did nothing. I got ice for an injured kid and yelled at the perpetrator myself.

My daughter and family had a great experience for her birthday. It was easy to book the birthday party and the price was not bad for everything included.

The person who was our “Party host” was absoulty wonderful with setting things up and everything in general. He is perfect at his job! I wish I could remember his name, but he was all around just great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All areas were open and not much of a wait. The kids in the party had a wonderful time.

The staff was incredibly kind. They wished my kids happy birthday several times during the party. The kids attending loved all the high fives from the employees. The young man who hosted our party was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and added a calmness.

The attention from the manager to the room attendant was excellent. The members of the party mentioned how organized the party was and how it was well taken care of.

Attentiveness and kindness of the staff was excellent. One of our young guests had a minor injury and staff were there right away, offered ice, and ensured our guest was ok before walking away. Very impressed with the customer service of the facility.
