Party package was very expensive. Should either include snacks or be able to bring some snack food in to go along with the pizzas. Justin (our party room host) was great!

Cost was much higher than other party possibilities. 4-year old birthday party; the kids got bored before jump time was over.

1. Birthday girl did not receive her shirt as indicated on confirmation papers. 2. Our guests were told they weren't aloud on one of the trampolines until a certain time. When they returned to that zone, they were told it was now for dodgeball/open gym and their young children could not jump in the area...after they has waited 30 minutes to jump with the balls.

The ice cream cake was completely rock solid hard so it wasn’t edible at the time. Our coordinator wasn’t around and we did all the work as far as food fishing and taking control. I’m not quite sure if I was supposed to but seemed like her friends or coworkers were more important to talk to at that moment

There should be a 90 minute jumping and 30 minute party room option...a lot of time wasted sitting in the party room after they ate...wishing they could go back and jump. Your pizza is pretty gross!!!! I am annoyed I paid that much and then was asked to pay a tip to the party host on the final bill. She was extremely nice and attentive, but all she had to do was put candles on a cake, serve a some pizza and drinks and minimal clean up. Or better yet, have a "no party host" option and let us don't everything ourselves. Kids loved the dodgeball. Spent most of their time there and in the foam pit. Staff was very nice. Also your stickers need more adhesive. They fell off practically everyone's shirts. Not sure I would do another party there...but I'm am sure we will be back to jump.

Disappointed in the taste of the pizza.

Pizza wasn't ready at 2:00 when we had our party room reserved. Moreover, the party host wasn't in the room right at 2:00.

I feel for the cost of a birthday party package, you should get more than 1 hour of jump time. To me, an hour and 30 minutes seems more appropriate.

The price

Most of it was great. However, the staff forgot to give my son his birthday shirt and coupon passes. We also went home with another child's gift and I had to get back to her parent. The floor in the party room was VERY sticky.
