The staff was all very inattentive and not interested. There were kids just sneaking on with regular socks taking shoes off at the court and no sticker and no monitors cared.

The overall price of the birthday package was high for 15 people. Price jumped 120 for 5 more people.

Didn’t get the party host that we requested and we were told that we would have.(last minute change) .nobody told us to start jumping at the time we were given.we thought that the party host escorted the birthday party around to make sure that they got a chance to jump at all the allotted stations with out any problems.

Purchased birthday party package. One jumper became physically ill within minutes after arrival and check in; left and was unable to even stay. We requested that her jumper status be changed to an adult within the party to help in supervising kids, however this was not allowed. So we ended up only allowed 9 jumpers when we had a 10th that could have been replaced. Dissatisfied with rigidity of the rule

The hosts weren’t always available during party. There was an issue with the lemonade but, another type of drink wasn’t offered to replace it. There wasn’t always an available employee at the front desks.
