Custermer service was amazing. Prices were not but we still enjoyed our time, my child tripped on a Matt and injured her eye it cut her eye deep I thought this was post to be a safe zone

Excellent cleanliness of location (I had to bus my own table at CEC and they forgot my birthday child last time). Birthday party team member remember names well and even small details about us all. The alertness of the monitors in all areas, because I was worried when a bunch of teenagers started playing rough next to our 6 year olds, but it was addressed before I could even say anything! It was a wonderful experience and I'll certainly recommend you guys!

Great location. Great facility. Clean and friendly jump.

The kids including mine at the party had so much fun. And the lady in the party room cleaned up after the party so I didn't have to. Not stressful at all.

Lots of stuff to do. Ali was great at check in.

The pizza was not good. The boys did not like it.

One of the team members crashed our birthday party by telling us the manager said our time was expired when in fact it was not even 5 pm which is the time we were to leave , we packed up but told the manager what happened, he said that message was never came from him and perhaps the team member approached the wrong party... they apologized and that was it basically.

Not all the equipment was in working condition

Because the check in service was horrible and needed more employees to help out and know how to correct the issue..

Everything was fine until we seen how big the pizza was. Other than that we really enjoyed our time at this facility.
