I had an accident and had to attend with a broken arm. There were places I could sit and employees did a good job monitoring dodgeball and working with my family members who came to help.The party host was patient and did a nice job.

I was supposed to receive a call back the Sunday before the party to confirmation a promo I would be selecting but never received a call. I had to address that with another staff since Lucy didn’t call as promised. When we arrived it seemed as if they didn’t know I was supposed to have an upgraded package because of the promo & miscommunication, so I had to keep reminding Nathan that we had the ultimate package. Other than that Nathan was excellent.

The layout is really hard to keep track of all the kiddos. It was expensive. That's it. The front desk girl that helped with our room was awesome.

The waiting area for check-in was very crowded with multiple parties checking in at same time. We were bumped to a smaller party room(not a big deal). However, in the new room (Party Room 1), there were missing ceiling tiles, exposed insulation, and a general look of disrepair. We also pulled one of the Throne chairs from another room as there was not one in the smaller room. Our party host was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Pizzas were on time and still hot from Domino's and the non-operational soda fountain was replaced with bottled water and 2-liters of soda. While there were a few flaws from the Parent perspective, the kids had an absolute blast and the other parents were impressed with SkyZone's overall performance. We do hope to come back soon.

My food order was incorrect and I was shorted a pizza. I added party bags and they were never delivered. The staff was apologetic and removed the charges from the bill, it was still dissappointing.

When planning the party we were told the the party planner would handle all the decorations we had for the room. At 15 min till our room time I had to do it, he walked in when I was done. While in the room he was great and very attentive. My other issue is the restrooms. Children are not the greatest aim and the toilets were covered in pee. That means the floors are covered in pee too. Then without someone cleaning it regularly the kids in absorbent socks walk in and track it back out and all over. I found that very disturbing. All n all we had a great time and will be back.
