Our host was amazing. He was very friendly and helpful and attentive. The pizza had a good taste.

Our party staff was amazing! Easiest birthday party ever planned! Kids had a blast! All staff was attentive to all questions we had.

It was easy to set up online. The areas were clean and monitored well. The host was Finominal!! He was so funny and had the kids entertained as much as the jumping!

Our host Joshua was very friendly and helpful. Other staff members were as well. From booking to the actual event, every staff I spoke with was helpful and easy to work with.

The staff was nice. Party room great . Plus my host was out of out of this world along with another staff member. The kid enjoyed every bit of there time.

I was highly satisfied with our visit, because we were given a team member who went above and beyond on helping us out! He poured our drinks, served our pizza, lit the candles on the cake, and cut the cake. He made sure we did not have any problems and was very polite. We will be booking our party here again in the upcoming year!

I didn’t have much help from the team member for the party I booked. The checkin in process was too long for my guests. They missed out on jump time because of it.
