SkyZone

Sky zone was a blast! Scheduling the party was super easy and the attendant was so very nice. Check in was a little crazy but it was king of busy. It was our first time there so we didn’t know what to expect. The only delay was the pizza. There was a mixup and we did have to wait an additional 30 minutes for pizza. Since I was holding a party for 1st graders I wasn’t too thrilled about that. They began asking to go jump more. Needless to say it was a long 30 minutes. But the team at Skyzone did give me a discount on the party which seemed to be a reasonable fix. We will definitely be returning to make more memories at skyzone!

I just thought it had to many people for a closed in building and hardly nobody wearing a mask thats all just a little health concern

No one fault but they were short staffed so things could have been a little easier.

We had to pass through another party room to get to our room. Those party guest were rude and would block our entrance to our room. I think the lay out of the back party rooms is terrible and I had to bite my tongue to not offend anyone.

The party room was 15 minutes later being cleared out from a prior party then promised. It made for an odd reception for our guests.

No employee was there to assist with retrieving the zip line or the swings for the kids. When asked for help, the reply was that she was afraid of heights and they were low in staff.

The tv in the party room did not work .... couldn’t change the channel on the other tv to watch the game ... extremely toooooooo cold in party room especially being that the weather was cold outside

I was completely satisfied. All the kids had a blast. We would do this again.

Only issue was that jumpers checking in had to wait for longer than expected. Party planner was great!

Need more space and cleaner facilities. I booked a party and had a good experience except that none is the party room was set up for us.... plates, cups, napkins.
