Josh was the best host ever and the place was very clean and children friendly.

I had a difficult time booking my party on line, but what I was kind of dissatisfied with was the price of the party. Is a bit pricey!

We booked a birthday party at 6pm on a friday night. Immediately at 7pm without warning the lights went out and the glow party started when it was time for us to go to the party room. We had trouble rounding up the kids to go to the party room in the dark, we could not hear ourselves talk to each other with the loud music. No one told me to expect that. The music was so loud that we could not hear ourselves singing happy birthday to my son. I will never book another party that is close to glow party time and I would never recommend anyone else do it. Then the party participants were upset that they could not participate in the glow activities. There was also a construction zone that was not ready in time for the party so the kids were upset that they were missing out on the zip line area that was not completed.

It was what I expected. There wasn’t a wow factor that stood out. The workers were very present and helpful. The party area was clean and novel set up. Nothing was terribly wrong! It was a tad bit hot and smelled sweaty. The restrooms could have been cleaner but with so many kids I and out I wasn’t shocked at the conditions.

Their was ongoing construction during the party time & a section of the park was closed. While I understand it was to enhance the park itself it did cut down a portion of area for the children to play. Also it was HOT. The manager did kindly tell us sorry & gave us a fan for the back area which was nice.

Large areas of play were closed and we were not told in advance. No confirmation call was made after initial reservation. Snack area tables were full of trash and were never cleared. The whole building was hot, especially the party room.

Parts were closed for construction and it was super hot in the entire facility
