The person who assisted us greeted me by name. He was very attentive! He checked on us while the kids were jumping. & he was very helpful in the party room! We will have more parties there!

Easy party, room was ready on arrival, room was cleaned well before arrival, party host was available when needed, my daughter had a great birthday party and all of our family and friends were able to visit while watching the kids play
