The team members were absolutely amazing. They knew and called almost all of my guest by name. They were very helpful and made the amount of work we had to put in minimal.

This was a very easy party. From booking, checking in, attentiveness of party attendant...all the way around. I had 11, 13 year old boys. They had a blast. Our attendant was interactive and very fun

The staff members were accommodating and helpful. Every employee I encountered was patient and answered my thousand of questions. Lillie, manager and party hostess, was very accommodating to our group and very helpful.

Our party host was wonderful! He helped with anything and everything we needed! The kids had tons of fun! Our host even gave the kids 30 extra minutes of jump time after cake and pizza since our party room was not quite ready when we arrived (traffic was horrible that day!) We appreciated him working with us, and we will definitely be back!

The manager staff was extremely understanding and helpful. They did Accommodate for the issue we had at the beginning. Overall a great experience and this is the second year my son has had his party at sky zone

I was able to book my kid's party with ease, but when we got there, the wait time was about 10 minutes. The guy initially told me that someone would be with me, but then had me just standing there wondering what was going on. Eventually I was walked to my party room by Arsenio (I think was his name) and he was an absolute pleasure and made sure that my daughter had (in her words), "the best party ever!" So, overall, I am very satisfied!
