Kade was awesome!! My daughter had an amazing birthday party!!

Party host and other staff were very nice & attentive. Easy check-in process. If staff didn’t know an answer to a question they sought assistance for the answer.

Our host was great. He helped me with anything and everything needed as well as jumped and play with the kids. We are always satisfied when we have our parties here.

Everyone had a great time and my daughter had a wonderful birthday!

We had a great experience for his birthday party. My only frustration was that no one told me that we should tell our party guests to show up early to sign up, etc. In my opinion, it should have been stated that guests should arrive 15 min early to sign the waivers and get their socks as the jump time started promptly at 1030a. I did mention it to a team member and she said that it should have been addressed prior to the party. Quite a few kids lost out on a bunch of jumping time due to the error. Outside of that, Addison was wonderful and the staff was very accomodating!

The pizza was absolutely horrible! The starving kids would not eat most of it and we had to go out and get food after. So disappointing for the price!!

I was highly satisfied, however the pizza was not delicious. It lacked flavor and was texturally unappealing. The staff and leaders were great and very helpful!

Overall, I felt that the experience was good and don't regret hosting my son's party there. My main reason for not being 'highly' satisfied was because the party host didn't have the sense of urgency that I would prefer. He called us into the party room prior to having pizza and drinks available, and was not all that helpful or efficient during the passing out of pizza. He was not around when it was time to pass out & cut cake only to interrupt me mid cake-cutting to give me the final invoice. I would have preferred he help to either cut or pass out cake and then discreetly give me the invoice once finished.

The rules were never explained to my birthday party group. That just seemed like a safety issue to me.

Sky zone was a little more crowded than I would have hoped for a birthday party, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Just made it a little more difficult to keep up with all of the kids in the party. Our host was great at check-in but was totally losing steam by the time we got to the party room. I felt like he rushed our group along, which wasn't a super big deal because it was actually quite warm in that little room. We opted not to open presents, but by 5:00 he was cleaning and sweeping around the kids as if he was anxious to get out of there.
