I felt in the dark regarding the total cost of the party. It was not an easy process to schedule. If all 15 kids had been there, it would have been too expensive!

what I didn't like is that it was extremely hot out in the back area of the room.

The pizza was below average. Drink selection and the little food court were good. As an adult I didn't listen to the team members when they were telling me not to do flips and breaking other various rules and they didn't seem to mind that. Let parties bring there own food. You should start doing lock ins or like night jumps I'd prefer to pay 500 bucks for a late jump for a birthday party if it meant less people being there.

1. Every team member response is different. No consistency of knowledge regarding the party. 2. Our Party host was busy doing register and other things. Which should have been explained so I know what a party host consist of. Another party pro Kade brung in items / cupcakes and helped with set up. 3. The tip. I left a tip but later was told by the pro a tip is better given in cash not card. Due to it will be on his check verses in his hand same day. I was not aware to bring tips or bring it in cash.

Our host seemed a bit distracted at check in, and we had to track him down a lot. But we were a big group. At the right side dodgeball court we were told our group of toddlers all in the same party/ages couldn't jump together, when no one else was there. Toddler time! Name was never put on the party room, and had to ask numerous times for water pictures and other essentials during set up. Overall it was a great experience. We will probably return again for fun and another party.

I booked a party for my son’s 8th birthday. I asked specifically when booking the party what was available for my 2.5 year old son and 3 yr old nephew. I was told there was a special area for kids 5 and under. No such pace existed. I also wish I had been give. The option of booking a dodgeball court for the party. The younger kids (son and nephew) were unable to play dodgeball bc they were not 5. However there was a party of toddlers playing dodgeball on the 11-15 yo dodgeball area. It’s very hard to tell toddlers they cannot when others are playing. I did not appreciate there being no toddler area.
