Our party host was great; very attentive. I like that this sky zone is clean, well lit and well staffed, making it feel safer. I am booking another party now for my other daughter.

Party helper was clearly not organized well. Check in process took forever and was never finalized. The gifts were put on a cart but the cart stood for 40 minutes next to the main entrance; every guest could have had access to it. Host disappeared for longer times. It so long to get candles that we decided not to use them at all (kids went jumping). Drinks were supposed to be free refill; as much much as you want but again we waited and waited for refills. Check out was downstairs. I had to remind host to check us out.

The pizza was undercooked and mushy. I wish the drinks had been set up upon arrival in case the kids got thirsty. I saw some of our guests purchasing their own drinks which made me feel badly.

My son was very happy with his birthday party, so it was a successful event. Thanks! The check in, however, would be an area for improvement for ya'll. There was not a rack with our name on it, so we had no place to sit, wait, store presents, or store shoes. Our party concierge was working another party. Apparently it was his first day, so very few of the other team members even knew him. We struggled getting checked in. Several team members assisted, but it was very difficult for us to host/guide our guests without even a designated area to stand. And we did not know who to ask for help as there were 4-5 different team members trying to fill in until our host was available. Once the kids got their stickers and started jumping, all was good. But, it was probably a good 30-40 minutes before things were settled. It was obviously very busy, but the lack of a rack with name on it (as we were instructed there would be) really threw off the start. Again, my son was happy, and that's all that matters. So, we were satisfied and still really like Sky Zone. But, the disarray to start keeps our experience below Highly Satisfied.

There seemed to be other party options which were available that I was not informed of and I would have appreciated being told about them, i.e. goody bags and picture package.

Checking in took a while because no one could find our party host. There were 3-4 team members standing around while our host was helping someone else and because they weren’t specifically assigned to us didn’t jump in to help out.
