The experience was very good. Katie was an excellent party host. Our daughter hurt her back jumping in the ball pit and many staff members were there to make sure she was comfortable and able to continue to jump.

Everything about our visit was amazing! The issue we had wasn’t with sky zone at all, it was that no one we invited showed up to my sons party and without telling the employees I think they knew because they made sure everything about our experience was perfect. All of the employees there were very friendly with my son and helped him have a great time! I want to thank you all so much for making his big day very special! It broke our hearts that no one came for him but he didn’t even notice because he was having such a good time. You all really did amazing! Thank you!

Having a birthday party where I did not have to decorate, serve the kids or clean up was great! And the kids have a blast jumping!

The staff were very helpful in setting everything up for the party, working with us on accommodating the number of food allergies our party had, and ensuring everyone had a great time at the party. I had high expectations and was very pleased with the outcome.
