Once I called (website is confusing on times) it was very easy to set up Every think is taken care of in the party room (it would be nice to have access to the party room during the entire birthday party so parents would have a safe place to store their personal items during the jump time. The kids loved the glow jump, it would also be nice if there was a special price if after the party those that wanted to could continue to jump for a longer period of time.

Excellent service, hosting, and activities. It was pretty crowded which was a bit worrisome for a birthday party, but it was still a good time.

The party planning process was stress free and they made accommodations to fit our group. All the guests enjoyed the experience.

Booking the birthday party room was very easy and convenient. We booked online and were contacted by a SkyZone team member shortly after. The day of the party was flawless and the birthday girl had a fantastic time! The staff went above and beyond to make sure the party guests were taken care of. Thank you SkyZone Springfield!

Everything was cared for when we came for our birthday party. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and took great care of my guests. The party hostess was amazing.

Elle, our party host, was attentive, courteous and went above and beyond during our time. She was fantastic! Check in and collection of birthday items went quickly and efficiently. Communication ahead of time was great and they helped me continue to upgrade and add to my package as needed.

The party was so easy to plan. The facility is kept very clean and looks great! The staff ensured that the bigger kids were not on the side with our younger children. It really was great!

My twins had a party of 20 kids. It was organized and everything done for me. The kids had fun and it was a successful event that I could not have had if it weren't for SkyZone employees.
