Upon check in we noticed it was busy and we asked about the need for the second dodgeball court being opened up. They said they could if it got busy enough. About 30 min in to the party the majority of our group was waiting for at least 10 min to play. The court was full and we still had a group of 26 waiting to play. It took a while to get staff to agree to open the other dodgeball court. When they did everyone had a better time! We are thankful they were able to get someone but wish it had been done sooner. We only had time for 2 rounds.

Communication prior to our event did not seem to be at all coordinated. Once at the Springfield, MO location we finally had Ele handle our party. That is when it started going well. She was great.

I think that there could’ve been more organization or communication between the host that we were assigned especially with the issue of not having the pizzas delivered as a part of our package. Otherwise, the manager was quick to resolve the situation so it wasn’t a bad experience.

Had alot of unanswered questions, wasn't sure what was provided, and was a little chaotic checking in. Overall it was a good time.

I would have liked more decorations for the party. If I'm going to pay a high price for a party, I would like it to look like a party. Kids had a wonderful time jumping as usual, but one area was closed. There were alot of older kids and the staff was very attentive so the younget ones didn't get hurt.

The birthday party was pretty expensive to begin with and it just came with water and one pitcher of lemonade. The kids were super thirsty throughout the party and kept running to the water fountain. I didn’t want to buy concessions because I had already spent so much on the party. I wish that the boys could’ve come to the party room for at least drinks when they needed while jumping. The pizza was fine, not great but not horrible.

Our birthday party hostess was great! The biggest complaint i have is that the time allowed in the part room was not nearly long enough. Kids did not have enough time to eat pizza and cake so opening gifts was definitely out of the question. This being said i was telling my guest to pick up their things to leave due to the next party was due to come into the room. I will not recommend a party there, but will return to jump.

Little miscommunication during booking. Need more people monitoring the foam pit. Other than that we had a great time and will be returning

Because they took so long to check in. We there 1st and start helping someone and my kids lost 20-25 minutes of their time. So it was okay not very good I like Andy’s B’s services better than sky Zoon.

Crazy to think a party was $325 and pizzas are $12 a piece. We will return just wish price wasnt so high.
