It was a wonderful experience and party. A child got hurt of her own jumping and they handed it well and quickly. It was a little crazy at the end of the party when it was time for guests to be picked up and it felt very rushed to get outta there. I understand the party rooms are on abtime limit but wish there was a holding area or something for the parties to go to say goodbye and parents to be able to pick up instead of at the front door where other people where in and out everywhere.

The price was a little steep, and the pizza was not of high quality.

Unable to let the kids play Sky Wars after scheduling it a few days before due to the main trampoline area having maintenance issues. We were given passes and a one hour court rental for free plus 10% off our bday party cost. Also, 30 min was not enough time to eat pizza, cupcakes and open presents. We felt pretty rushed to do all this and leave the party room even though there didn’t appear to be another party booked. Overall, it was a good experience and we’ll be back.
