The kids at the party seemed to have a great time.

Everyone had a blast, the host was very helpful and talked with the kids.

Our host, Dylan, was very nice! My children loved jumping and the entire atmosphere. We had the best birthday party there! We are already wanting to come back!

When we arrived we waited at the group check in desk for 5 minutes because no one was at the desk. Then 3 different sky zone people shared the check in process because one would need to leave while the next would take over. We were told our party guest was finishing up his last party. Jumpers arrived and got jumping passes and socks and then went through rules review. However, after they started jumping we had 3 late arrivals that had to wait to get socks because once again, no one was at the counter. Our party was supposed to be from 2:15-4:15pm. However, our room was not ready to be used until 3:20pm, a whole hour late. This was not a problem for the kids because they were jumping, but many of the adults were needing a place to put their belongings or a quieter place to hang out. Every time I asked our party specialist about our room, I was told "It's almost ready..." For the price we paid, I expected to have the room sooner than over an hour later than paid for. The actual party was great and our party specialist was awesome. He did a great job setting up the room. I have had a previous bday party at skyzone and we did not have nearly the wait time.

20% of jump area was closed the entire jump time due to not having the staff to work the area. For the price of over $400, I would have liked to been able to use the entire facility. No discount was offered or given. I feel Skyzone did not fulfill their part of the agreement by not allowing use of facilities agreeded to and advertised. Kind of a bummer to not get to jump in an area that we paid to use.

Having the friendly host that we did made the “party thing” way easier then it usually is. Thank you!
