SkyZone

I had a child that is diabetic and had to take his insulin pump off to jump and his mom left him a drink to help him keep his blood sugar under control while he was in line for jumping and the lady monitor wouldn’t let him have it even after she was made aware of his medical issue so he was not able to stay at the party but I still had to pay for him! Very upset by the lack of help on the medical side! She didn’t care it was a life or death for him! Matthew our party host was awesome though!!!

The music was really loud and made it harder to check in. And I wish the music was from a more current time period.

The check in process for the party was a little disorganized. There was confusion with who received passes and who was checked in.

A team memeber was supposed to get with me before the pizza was ordered Incase I needed to order extra and they didn’t, so I was unable to order extra.

Staff is always so hardworking, friendly, and helpful when we come to SkyZone. Amia was a wonderful party assistant and the facility was clean even though the kids were disappointed that one of the trampolines was closed we appreciate the concern for safety at SkyZone.

The only issue we had was with providing water and a place to store our belongings while the kids were jumping. All the mom's had purses, and it would have been nice to be able to have access to the party room so they could put their things in there. We asked when we could have pitchers of water, and we were informed that it wouldn't be provided until we had access to the party room. I just feel like if I'm already spending quite a bit of money on a party that we could at least have a pitcher of water and cups to give to the kids.

The music was very explicit during our visit. A lot of profanity in the music. Most of the guest not just in our party we’re all very young. With the volume the music was played it was disappointing to hear that.

I didn't like that the Part Room was not available throughout the entire party time. It would have been much more comfortable if we had been able to utilize the room for the parents of the children attending for the entirety of the party. The adults were relegated to sitting on the very uncomfortable benches or standing for an hour. We could not visit because it is too loud in the main area. This would be my one and only complaint with my party.
