We did a birthday party here last year, check in was much more organized. This year, we had access to a single cart and several items fell of and were lost. All guests arrived 30 min early, but host did not commence check in until 5 min before jump time and appeared to be assisting at the front desk completing transactions for other customers for 20 min. Our party of 13 8yr old boys began to get rowdy as a result of the slow process and lack of organization. Things improved after the disastrous check in.

We were told that our party started at 10, but that we couldn't jump until 10:30. We had guests waiting until we decided to pay $4/child to jump at 10:15. Felt kicked out of party room, we were reminded several times in the last 10 minutes that we needed to be out at exactly 12:10.
