Easy birthday party. Kids had a great time. Not too busy on a Friday night. Well organized. Lots of jump time. Our host, Larry, was great!

Our host, Adrian, set everything up beautifully without me even asking. The staff from the phone call to confirm, the booking process, and host were all smiling and sweet. We had an issue with our food but it was more than compensated. We were so impressed from beginning to end. Great job!

The ease of booking online was exceptional. The staff were polite and helpful. I feel our safety was a top concern of the staff.

We had my son's birthday party there. The booking process was easy. The digital invitations were helpful. Shellby and Khadesha were our party hostesses. They were amazing. They went over everything with me me when I arrived, were timely, kind, patient with the kids and overall wonderful.

The staff was friendly. The room attendant was very attentive and helpful. The time frames were perfect.

My daughter valentina had a amzing time and the guy that put the room together did a fantastic job ,.went above and beyond , everyone had amazing time

I really liked how professional the staff were. We were treated wonderfully by our host however I cannot remember her name :(

The wait to check in for our party was very long. It was very loud in the lobby and hard to hear the hostess. She also didn't explain things very well. I've had another party at this Skyzone and it was amazing. This one definitely fell short. She didn't help to keep the flow going in the party room and just left everything up to me. She also didn't pay any special attention to the birthday girl.

We were satisfied, I wish I could have jumped with the birthday girl.

The host was inexperienced, she didn’t know how to cut the birthday cake. She didn’t address our issues with the burned pizza and she was not welcoming at all. I had to personally go to a manager about the burned pizza, she didn’t even offer to go find out if there was anything that could’ve been done. The place was extremely hot and not very clean. If it’s going to cost that much for a birthday party, the food should be enjoyable. I have never had pizza that bad and the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them. The chicken tenders were bone dry.
