Our party host, Robert Thomas , at the Belden Village location was phenomenal!!! He was on top of every detail of the party and the kids loved him. He danced with the kids and played games to keep everyone engaged. The party wouldn’t have been half as fun without him!

Organizing a birthday party was straightforward and simple enough that I was able to get it done on my lunch break at work. The party itself went smoothly, due to an excellent process in place. The staff helping us in the Party Room was absolutely AMAZING & perfect! Could not have hoped for a better experience. Highly impressed!!!

Christian who checked us in was amazing, friendly and upbeat! The team that was on the floor was amazing! Very engaging with the children. Ages were in between 3-5 years old and they helped make sure they were having fun and safe.

My sons bday party experience was great. Everyone had a nice time and our host that helped during party was wonderful. He did everything with a smile. Wasn’t crowded.

My kids all had a great time. For the most part the staff was friendly with the kids although some were not! Seems to be really clean in the park.
