Very easy party planning. The was more than helpful! We had a blast

I appreciated how easy and effortless it was to book and host a birthday party. I liked how efficient the staff was with the time. I was contacted after booking and prior to the party. Everything ran smoothly.

When we checked in for the party, Marissa was extremely helpful and was very sweet with all the kids (and we had a few rambunctious ones! 🙂) In the party room, Jess was wonderful! She made up plates of food for each of the kids and attended to their needs, freeing me up to enjoy time with the family. The facility itself was nice and clean and all the staff we came in contact with were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The team were all kind to the children in our party. They took the time to make sure everyone had what they needed. Robert and Christian actually spent time having fun with and talking to the kids, which made the party way more fun for them.

Staff very friendly, and accommodating.

From start to finish this was the easiest birthday party! A team member called to confirm everything, I didnt have to set up or clean up and they took care of EVERYTHING. The party perks were excellent (shirt, two extra 60 minute passes, VIPP passes and drinks, and the surprise group photo and birthday prize wheel). My son felt like the whole place was celebrating with him, he felt very special. Each team member we encountered made us FEEL like VIP parents too. It was great.

Friendly and convenient

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the party easy to have fun and not worry. I also was impressed with the preplanning phone calls and asking if I had any questions along the way.
