Very satisfied. Host very accommodating.

The staff who helped our party was wonderful with set up, serving the kids, and clean up. The staff was so friendly. We had brought a few extras, like chips and veggies and fruit. They helped the kids in ever way they could. They loaded up gifts and helped us out to the car. There is not one thing I could have asked for. Those two kids did an exceptional job!

The staff was very helpful...it really makes the party less stressful when you have someone helping u out. Our host was great. He organized the coats and shoes for our guests!

Kids had a great time. Experience was very convenient. The staff are great.

The part was amazingly organized and everything was explained in 2 phone calls prior to our visit. We did have an injury where my daughter was walking in the main walkway and was hit in the face by a dodge ball but this couldn’t have been avoided.

This place is amazing i would come back here any given time. I plan on returning for all of children's birthdays. Staff here are amazing
